Contact form submissions

Our contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry topic, message, and consent to be contacted. You may also provide a phone number and, where relevant, a player’s name and age. Player details are optional. Submissions are emailed to club board members, who use the information to respond to your inquiry and coordinate club assistance.

Parents or guardians should submit inquiries concerning children. Please do not include payment-card details, identity documents, or medical records in the general contact form.

Registration through GotSport

Recreational and competitive tryout registration links take you to GotSport. Information entered there is handled through the registration service under its own privacy policy. Review the information requested by GotSport before submitting a registration.

Contact info@stcloudsoccer.com or call 1-410-725-6510 with questions about information you have submitted, how long it is retained, or a request to correct or delete it. Board members will review your request and explain the applicable process.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Embedded content from other websites

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
